Granary Cottage Details

The cottage has 3 double bedrooms upstairs and a family bathroom:

• Bedroom 1 with double bed
• Bedroom 2 with double bed, single bed and full sized cot
• Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds
• Bathroom with bath and separate shower

Downstairs there is:

• A large living room with patio doors to the garden, a 42 TV with sky box and a woodburning stove.

• A well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, double oven, electric hob, dishwasher and microwave oven
• A sun room with Ikea day bed which converts to a double bed, patio doors to garden
• A shower room with WC (adjacent to sun room)

Outdoor space:

• The enclosed, walled garden has a lawn, patio area with outdoor furniture and a hot tub.

Amenities:

• The cottage is double glazed throughout and has gas central heating.
• Additional electric heaters are available upstairs so that the cottage is suitable for cold weather.
• Gas and electricity are included in the price.
• Logs for the woodburner can be bought locally.
• Pillows and duvets are provided but we do ask visitors to bring their own duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
• There is a collection of board games.

Dog friendly:

• Dogs are welcome in the cottage but we ask you to clean up after them.
